RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Considering these cost me just under $5, I can't really complain. They look really sharp and sleek and sound wise, the bass is decent enough but the treble is on the muddier side. Luckily, I use an EQ on my phone that fixes that right up so all in all, it's pretty good especially if you don't have $50+ to spend on those brand name earbuds.
